本文记述了用化学诱变剂N—甲基—N′—硝基—N—亚硝基胍(MNNG)处理小角刺藻(Chaetoceros minutissumus)和纤细角刺藻(C.gracilis),处理后在低温(13℃)条件下进行群体选择和单细胞选择,筛选出了在低温条件下迅速繁殖的小角刺藻6株,纤细角刺藻2株。并研究及讨论了对照组及耐低温品系之间、不同的耐低温品系之间在繁殖速度及氨基酸组成上的差异。
This article describes the treatment of Chaetoceros minutissumus and C. gracilis with the chemical mutagen N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) Under the conditions of low temperature (13 ℃), population selection and single cell selection were carried out, and 6 strains of Small-angle sea squarries and 2 strains of Corynebacter sp. The differences in reproduction rate and amino acid composition between the control and the low-temperature resistant lines and the different low-temperature resistant lines were also studied and discussed.
