目的:探讨阿托品预防青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的效果。方法:回顾本院83例105只眼青光眼外滤过术,其中术中应用阿托品结膜下注射50眼,术中未应用阿托品55例,记录并比较二者术后浅前房的发生率。结果:A组50眼,术后浅前房发生率8％。B组55眼,术后浅前房发生率29％,二者有非常显著性差异。结论:小剂量阿托品术中结膜下注射有预防小梁切除术后浅前房的作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of atropine in preventing shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy of glaucoma. Methods: A retrospective study of 83 cases of 105 cases of glaucoma filtration surgery in our hospital, including intraoperative application of atropine subconjunctival injection of 50 cases, 55 cases did not use atropine during operation, recording and comparing the incidence of shallow anterior chamber after the two. Results: A group of 50 eyes, postoperative shallow anterior chamber incidence of 8%. Group B, 55 eyes, postoperative shallow anterior chamber incidence of 29%, the two have very significant differences. CONCLUSION: Subconjunctival injection of low-dose atropine in the prevention of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.
