育苗基质、育苗盘和营养液是烤烟漂浮育苗的关键环节。研究结果证明,农作物秸秆、树皮、锯末等多种有机物经发酵处理后,与煤渣、蛭石、河砂、珍珠岩、云母类矿物等无机物复配,可以做漂浮育苗基质。培育4.5 叶龄假植用烟苗可选用每平方米3 750 个孔穴的育苗盘;培育7.5 叶龄直接移栽大田的烟苗可选择每平方米885 孔穴的育苗盘。齐苗期一次性配制氮素为150×10- 6,N∶P2O5∶K2O为1∶0.8∶1 的营养液已能满足培育4.5 叶龄假植用烟苗生长发育需要。培育直接移栽大田的7.5 叶龄烟苗,齐苗期营养液浓度同培育4.5 叶龄烟苗,播种后40 d 再施一次肥,使营养液氮素浓度保持在220×10- 6~250×10- 6。1998 年示范34.2 hm 2,证明漂浮育苗比当地其它育苗方法优越,试验示范平均增产9.1% ~27.3% ,增值17.27% ~59.57% 。漂浮育苗是一项值得大力推广的新技术。
Nursery substrate, nursery tray and nutrient solution are the key aspects of floating nursery tobacco. The results of the study show that, after fermentation of various kinds of organic matter such as crop stalks, bark and sawdust, it can be used as a floating seedling matrix in combination with inorganic materials such as cinder, vermiculite, river sand, perlite and mica minerals. Nurturing 4.5-leaf-age fake tobacco seedlings can choose 3 750 holes per square meter nursery tray; cultivate 7.5 leaf-age direct transplanting of tobacco seedlings can choose 885 holes per square meter nursery tray. The one-off preparation of nitrogen fertilizer at Qiuxia of 150 × 10-6, N: P2O5:K2O of 1: 0.8:1 nutrient solution has been able to cultivate 4.5-leaf-year-old flue-cured tobacco seedlings growth and development needs. To cultivate the 7.5-leaf-aged tobacco seedlings transplanted directly into field, the concentration of nutrient solution in the same seedling stage was the same as that of 4.5-leaf-aged tobacco seedlings, and the fertilizer was applied 40 days after sowing to keep the nitrogen concentration in the nutrient solution at 220 × 10 - 6 ~ 250 × 10- 6.1998 Demonstration 34.2 hm 2 It is proved that floating seedling is superior to other seedling raising methods in the area. The average yield of experiment and demonstration is 9.1% -27.3% and 17.27% -59. 57%. Floating nursery is a new technology worth promoting.
