结合大型造纸企业生产实际,建立了造纸企业全厂能量系统优化信息平台,该系统是基于MES(Manufacturing Execution System)构架下的EMS(Energy Management System)。从系统软件、硬件、系统安全3方面详细介绍了系统开发过程,系统硬件架构采用了较强的安全设计,且平台通信接口和通信协议皆符合工业标准,可以方便地移植至实际生产环境。最后分析和描述了系统功能。
Combined with the actual production of large-scale papermaking enterprises, the paper established an information platform for the whole plant energy system optimization of papermaking enterprises. The system is based on EMS (Energy Management System) under the framework of Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The system development process is introduced in detail from three aspects of system software, hardware and system security. The hardware architecture of the system adopts a strong security design.
