采用SiO2纳米粒子填充改性聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂(PC/ABS)合金,为使无机纳米粒子在基体中分散均匀,使用两种不同填充制备方法。分析SiO2纳米粒子对复合材料机械与加工性能的影响,并对复合材料进行了分析表征,探讨了无机刚性纳米粒子填充改性PC/ABS合金的特点并探索其增强增韧的机理,研究了复合物的粘流变性能。结果表明,采用二步法制备得到SiO2纳米粒子在PC/ABS基体中分散均匀,PC/ABS/SiO2复合材料的力学拉伸性能和流变性能最好。
Using SiO2 nano-particles filled with modified polycarbonate and ABS resin (PC / ABS) alloy, in order to make inorganic nano-particles dispersed in the matrix, using two different filling preparation method. The effects of SiO2 nanoparticles on the mechanical and processing properties of the composites were analyzed. The composites were analyzed and characterized. The characteristics of the modified PC / ABS alloys filled with inorganic rigid nano-particles were explored and the mechanism of their toughening and toughening was explored.
