目的:探讨成分分离机在西宁地区制备浓缩血小板工艺的可行性和可靠性。方法:通过对成分分离机制备浓缩血小板和手工制备的浓缩血小板的血小板数量、红细胞污染量和白膜中红细胞损失量监测对比以及相应临床应用效果进行观察比较,确定最佳的制备工艺。结果:成分分离机制备浓缩血小板的数量、混入红细胞两项指标均优于手工制备的浓缩血小板,临床输血反应少,输注疗效好,同时节约红细胞达12mL以上,节省了血源。结论:成分分离机制备的浓缩血小板质量稳定,各项指标均符合国家标准,确定分离机在制备、保存和临床使用中具有可操作性。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and reliability of component separator in the preparation of concentrated platelet in Xining. Methods: The optimal preparation technology was determined by comparing the platelet count, the amount of erythrocyte contamination and the loss of erythrocytes in white blood cells prepared by concentrating platelets and hand-made concentrated platelets, and comparing the results with the corresponding clinical effects. Results: The amount of concentrated platelets prepared by fractionator was better than that of hand-prepared concentrated platelets. The clinical transfusion reaction was less, the infusion was effective and the red blood cells were saved more than 12mL, which saved blood. Conclusion: The quality of concentrated platelets prepared by the component separator is stable and all the indexes are in line with national standards, and the operability of the separator in preparation, storage and clinical use is confirmed.
