目的:比较胆舒软胶囊和胆舒胶囊中薄荷脑的大鼠在体肠吸收动力学。方法:采用大鼠在体肠吸收模型,以气相色谱法测定循环液中薄荷脑的浓度,比较在含相同薄荷脑浓度(0.3 g.L-1)时胆舒软胶囊和胶囊供试液中薄荷脑在整肠段的吸收速率及累计吸收率。结果:结扎胆管时,胆舒软胶囊和胆舒胶囊中薄荷脑的吸收速率常数(Ka)分别为(0.029±0.006)和(0.019±0.004)min-1;吸收半衰期(t1/2)分别为(25.09±5.53)和(37.16±8.97)min;2 h内薄荷脑的累积透过率分别为(94.24±0.33)%和(84.43±6.11)%。结论:将胆舒胶囊改制成软胶囊能加快薄荷脑在体内的吸收,使其迅速发挥疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the intestine absorption kinetics of menthol in gall bladder soft capsules and gall bladder capsules. METHODS: The rat intestine absorption model was used to determine the concentrations of menthol in the circulating fluid by gas chromatography. The concentrations of menthol (0.3 gL-1) were compared with those of the Shimeng soft capsule and capsule test solution. Absorption rate and cumulative absorption rate in the entire intestine. RESULTS: When bile ducts were ligated, the absorption rate constants (Ka) of menthol in Shi Shu soft capsules and Shu Shu capsules were (0.029 ± 0.006) and (0.019 ± 0.004) min-1, respectively; the absorption half-life (t1/2) was (25.09±5.53) and (37.16±8.97) min; cumulative permeability of menthol within 2 h was (94.24±0.33)% and (84.43±6.11)%, respectively. Conclusion: The conversion of Danshu capsule into soft capsule can speed up the absorption of menthol in the body and make it play a rapid effect.
