目的:观察2型糖尿病大鼠的表征变化及证候动态演变。方法:将42只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组和模型组。模型组给予高脂饲料喂养4周后腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)35mg/kg。连续采集两组大鼠的表征及体质量、24h饮水量、进食量;并测定空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TC)、葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)。结果:STZ注射后,模型组大鼠FBG、TG、TC、OGTT、24h饮水量、进食量均明显升高;FIN、体质量均明显降低。模型组大鼠在注射STZ后4-8周出现:活动次数增加、背温升高、各自爬卧、唇少光泽不润比率升高;在注射STZ后9-13周出现:活动次数减少、毛潮湿、爪色青紫、触之不动比率升高。结论:判定模型大鼠在STZ注射后4-8周为阴虚内热证型,在STZ注射后10-13周为气阴两虚证型。
