为了研究纳米微粒对低温保护剂热力学性质的影响,本实验利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测量了加入不同质量分数的HA纳米微粒的PVP低温保护剂溶液的比热值.实验结果表明:纳米微粒加入PVP溶液后比热值明显减小,而且HA纳米微粒质量浓度越高,溶液的比热值越小.由于比热容与热扩算系数成反比关系,比热的降低能提高溶液的传热效率,进一步促进溶液的玻璃化形成.针对实验中的比热变化,作者尝试作出了一定的理论解释.
In order to study the effect of nano-particles on the thermodynamic properties of low-temperature protective agent, the specific calorific value of the PVP low-temperature protective agent solution with different mass fractions of HA nanoparticles was measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) .Experimental results show that: The specific heat value of nanoparticles decreased significantly after adding PVP solution, and the higher the concentration of HA nanoparticles, the smaller the specific heat value of solution.As the specific heat capacity is inversely proportional to the thermal expansion coefficient, the decrease of specific heat can improve the transfer of the solution Thermal efficiency, to further promote the formation of vitrification solution.For the experiment of specific heat changes, the author attempts to make a certain theoretical explanation.
