资料和方法 (1)病例选自门诊和住院的室上性心动过速(PSVT)患者20例,其中男13例,女7例;年龄16～53岁。其病种为冠心病4例,心肌炎1例,余15例未见器质性心脏病。(2)用药分两组。第一组三磷酸腺苷(ATP)8～20mg用水稀释到8ml,静脉注射,计11例;第二组ATP20mg加阿托品0.5mg加生理盐水8ml静脉注射,计9例。注射时间均为3_s。
Materials and Methods (1) Twenty patients were selected from outpatients and hospitalized patients with supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT), including 13 males and 7 females, aged from 16 to 53 years. The disease was coronary heart disease in 4 cases, 1 case of myocarditis, more than 15 cases no organic heart disease. (2) medication divided into two groups. The first group of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) 8 ~ 20mg diluted with water to 8ml, intravenous injection, in 11 cases; the second group ATP20mg plus atropine 0.5mg plus normal saline 8ml intravenous injection, in 9 cases. Injection time are 3_s.
