为对CuInS_2量子点进行表面改性,通过两步法制备了核壳结构ZnS@CuInS_2量子点。相比于CuInS_2裸量子点,核壳结构量子点的荧光量子产率提高了近4倍,达到了14%左右;探究了包壳反应时间对核壳结构ZnS@CuInS_2量子点的影响,确定反应时间长短对于调节量子点的荧光性质非常重要。
In order to modify the surface of CuInS_2 quantum dots, a ZnS @ CuInS_2 quantum dot with core-shell structure was prepared by a two-step method. Compared with bare CuInS_2 quantum dots, the quantum yield of QDs increased about 4 times, reaching about 14%. The effect of cladding reaction time on quantum dots of ZnS @ CuInS_2 with core-shell structure was investigated, The length of time is very important for adjusting the fluorescence properties of quantum dots.
