目的研究成人麻疹患者外周血T淋巴细胞和血清酶学的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法采集外周血细胞,用标记荧光的抗体进行染色,流式细胞仪检测219例成人麻疹患者和42例健康体检者的T淋巴细胞和NK细胞。同时生化分析仪检测血清酶学(ALT、AST、LDH、CK及CKMB)。结果麻疹组血清酶学(ALT、AST、LDH、CK和CKMB)均明显高于对照组,同对照组比,差异均有统计学意义。麻疹病毒高活性组LDH明显高于低活性组,差异均有统计学意义。与对照组比,麻疹组CD4细胞百分比及CD4/CD8比值均显著降低;CD8细胞百分比和NK细胞百分比均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义。麻疹病毒高活性组T淋巴细胞和NK细胞百分比与麻疹病毒低活性组比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论测定成人麻疹患者外周血T淋巴细胞和血清酶学的变化,有助于评价麻疹病毒感染的机体免疫状况,对预示疾病进展和临床疗效评价具有重要参考价值。
Objective To study the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and serum enzymes in adult measles patients and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Peripheral blood cells were collected and stained with fluorescent antibody. The T lymphocytes and NK cells of 219 adult measles patients and 42 healthy volunteers were detected by flow cytometry. At the same time, biochemical analyzer detected serum enzyme (ALT, AST, LDH, CK and CKMB). Results Serum enzyme (ALT, AST, LDH, CK and CKMB) in measles group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant compared with control group. Measles virus high activity group LDH was significantly higher than the low activity group, the differences were statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the percentage of CD4 cells and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 in measles group were significantly decreased; the percentage of CD8 cells and the percentage of NK cells were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant. The percentage of T lymphocytes and NK cells in high activity measles virus group was lower than that in low activity measles virus group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The determination of the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and serum enzymes in adult measles patients is helpful to evaluate the immune status of measles virus infection and has an important reference value for predicting disease progression and clinical efficacy evaluation.
