随着近年海上勘探在高温高压领域的重大发现,国内海上高温高压井的开发已进入实施阶段。在2014年投入开发的东方某气田具有压力系数高、温度梯度高和CO2含量高的显著特点,风险控制、作业安全和长期生产安全是地质油藏、生产、工程和钻完井的关注重点,在调研国内外高温高压气井完井技术的基础上,结合专题实验和研究,该气田安全和高效的投产。在该气田作业经验和教训的基础上,针对后续将开发的更高温度和压力的储层,本文对高温高压井完井作业的难点和挑战进行了分析和阐述,并且提出了完井技术的下一步研究和改进方向。
With the great discovery of offshore exploration in the field of high temperature and high pressure in recent years, the development of domestic high temperature and high pressure offshore wells has entered the implementation stage. A gas field in East China put into development in 2014 has the prominent features of high pressure coefficient, high temperature gradient and high CO2 content. Risk control, operational safety and long-term production safety are the focuses of geological reservoirs, production, engineering and drilling and completion. Based on the investigation of the well completion technology of HTHP gas wells at home and abroad, combining with the special experiments and studies, the gas field is put into operation safely and efficiently. Based on the operational experience and lessons learned from the gas field, the paper analyzes and expounds the difficulties and challenges in the completion of high temperature and high pressure wells in response to the higher temperature and pressure reservoirs to be developed in the future. Next research and improve the direction.
