目的了解和评估平湖市羊养殖场所布鲁氏菌病(布病)的传播风险。方法对平湖市23家羊养殖场进行现场卫生学调查与分析。结果 23家羊养殖场均未设病畜隔离室,仅有3家设产羔室但未使用。养殖场消毒药品配备率为60.87%,从业人员手消毒药品配备率为34.78%,养殖场场主对病畜及流产物规范处置知晓率均为65.22%。养殖场购进羊群检疫率73.91%;较大规模养殖场在环境消毒药品配备方面比小规模养殖场规范(P=0.04)。对856只存栏羊作血清学抽检,抽检率为11.33%,检测结果均为阴性;对104份职业人群样本作血清学检测,布病抗体阳性3份,阳性率2.88%,均为既往感染病例,未发现新感染者。结论当前平湖市羊养殖场存在人感染布病的风险,从业人员个人防护意识不高,应加强养殖业卫生监管与宣教。
Objective To understand and assess the risk of brucellosis (brucellosis) in sheep farms in Pinghu City. Methods The field health survey and analysis of 23 sheep farms in Pinghu City was conducted. Results 23 sheep farms were not equipped with sickrooms, only 3 lambing chambers were used but not used. The disinfection rate of livestock farms was 60.87%, and the staffing rate of hand disinfection drugs was 34.78%. The farmer’s awareness rate of sick animals and abortion products was 65.22%. The quarantine rate of flocks purchased by farms was 73.91%; that of larger-scale farms was smaller than that of small-scale farms in the allocation of environmental disinfectants (P = 0.04). A total of 856 sheep were selected for serological sampling with a sampling rate of 11.33% and negative results. Serological tests were carried out on 104 samples of occupational population, with 3 positive samples of brucellosis and a positive rate of 2.88%, all of which were previously infected cases No new infections were found. Conclusion At present, there is a risk of human being infected with brucellosis in sheep farms in Pinghu City. The awareness of employees in personal protection is not high, so it is necessary to strengthen supervision and missionary education on aquaculture hygiene.
