建立了高效液相色谱法测定并比较辣蓼不同部位(根、茎、叶、花和种子)的槲皮素含量,并建立辣蓼HPLC指纹图谱。采用Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈∶0.2%磷酸(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长360 nm。结果显示,辣蓼药材不同部位槲皮素的含量差异较大,槲皮素含量最高的是叶,其次是茎、花和种子,根中含量较低。辣蓼不同部位与药材HPLC指纹图谱相似度差异较大,药材间的相似度均大于0.95,不同部位间相似度均小于0.60。
A HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in different parts (roots, stems, leaves, flowers and seeds) of Polygonum capsicum was established and HPLC fingerprint was established. Hypersil ODS2 C_ (18) was used as a mobile phase with a mobile phase of acetonitrile: 0.2% phosphoric acid (20:80) at a detection wavelength of 360 nm. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of quercetin in different parts of Polygonum capitatum, the highest contents of quercetin were leaves, followed by stems, flowers and seeds, and the contents of roots were lower. The similarity of HPLC fingerprints between different parts of Polygonum hydropiper and its medicinal material is quite different. The similarity between medicinal materials is greater than 0.95, and the similarity between different parts is less than 0.60.
