In the sense that we select qualified personnel, we should select those talents who possess superior intelligence in one area, that is, high-intelligence talents. However, there are obvious differences in the internal intelligence and external performance of talents. This kind of difference effect often gives people illusion, confusing people's eyesight and causes difficulties in talent selection. Therefore, it is very important to study the internal and external differences in performance and reasons of intellectual intelligence from the perspective of understanding the internal and external differences in the performance of human intelligence, and to probe deeply into the scientific countermeasures to identify intellectual talents
