本文提出一种新的预裂爆破方法——预应力爆破。通过静态破碎剂在介质中产生的预应力和爆炸压力的共同作用来实现预裂爆破。文中分析了静态破碎剂所产生的预应力对初始裂纹和扩展方向的控制作用以及对介质强度的降低作用;介绍了预应力爆破模型实验研究。实验结果与理论分析是一致的。
This paper presents a new presplit blasting method - prestressed blasting. The pre-splitting blasting is achieved by the combined effect of the pre-stress and explosion pressure generated by the static breaker in the medium. This paper analyzes the control effect of the pre-stress generated by the static cracking agent on the initial cracks and the direction of the expansion and the effect on the reduction of the dielectric strength. The experimental study of the pre-stressed blasting model is introduced. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
