文章设计了一种基于高精度计时芯片TDC-GP21的超声波杨氏模量测量装置,改进了现有的杨氏模量测量实验;本实验装置利用高速计时芯片TDC-GP21完成精确的超声波传播时间测量,MSP430F4152单片机完成精确的微位移计算,利用RS-485总线方式将数据传输至远方计算机,计算机接收数据进行制表并通过计算最终得出杨氏模量的具体数值。
In this paper, an ultrasonic Young’s modulus measuring device based on the TDC-GP21 high-precision timing chip is designed to improve the existing Young’s modulus measurement experiment. The experimental device uses the high-speed timing chip TDC-GP21 to complete the accurate ultrasonic propagation time Measurement, MSP430F4152 single-chip microcomputer to complete the precise calculation of micro-displacement, the use of RS-485 bus to transfer data to the remote computer, the computer receives the data to tabulate and calculate the final Young’s modulus specific values.
