将DCJTB掺杂入Alq3中,作为黄光发光层,制作了一种基于新型蓝光材料PAA的白光有机电致发光器件(OLED)。器件的结构为ITO/NPB/PAA/Alq3:DCJTB/Alq3/Mg:Ag,通过PAA层的蓝光与Alq3:DCJTB层的黄光混合实现了很好的白光发射。结果表明,器件在4.6 V时启亮,在5.2 V时达到最大流明效率4.26l m/W,在18.8V时亮度达到7 792 cd/m2,在13 V时达到最佳色坐标(0.32,0.34),此时的效率为2.17 lm/W,电流密度为14.7 mA/cm2。对掺杂层的发光机制进行了深入的研究,讨论了载流子陷阱和能量传递在掺杂层发光系统中的作用。
DCJTB doped into Alq3, as a yellow light-emitting layer, a novel white light-emitting material based on PAA white organic electroluminescent devices (OLED).
