本文简述了PSA(变压吸附)、ANG(吸附天然气)和NGV(天然气汽车)技术的国内开发应用现状。针对我国煤矿抽放瓦斯技术未能充分合理利用的情况,提出了采用PSA、ANG和NGV技术回收利用煤矿抽放瓦斯的初步可行方案。通过分析、评价和对比,认为采用一套移动式瓦斯净化、贮运及利用系统,将抽入瓦斯就地净化、压缩和吸附后用低压钢瓶贮运,作为汽车燃料和普通燃料都是可行的。尤其作为汽车燃料,具有巨大的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。最后得出了开发、推广移动式系统的几点结论和建设。
This article outlines the current development and application of PSA (pressure swing adsorption), ANG (natural gas adsorption) and NGV (natural gas vehicles) technologies. Aiming at the situation that the gas drainage technology in coal mines in our country can not be fully and reasonably utilized, the preliminary feasible scheme for recovering and using coal mines with PSA, ANG and NGV technologies is proposed. Through analysis, evaluation and comparison, it is considered that adopting a set of mobile gas purification, storage and utilization systems, the in-place gas can be cleaned, compressed and adsorbed, and stored in low pressure cylinders for storage as motor fuel and common fuel . In particular, as a car fuel, with great economic, social and environmental benefits. Finally, it draws some conclusions and construction of developing and popularizing mobile system.
