针对目前唧泥程度与路面板底脱空相关关系国内外研究较少以及常用压浆材料处治板底脱空存在“二次脱空”的情况,以烟台—威海高速公路试验段为依托工程,通过对试验段唧泥高度观测数据的统计分析,结合钻孔实测板底脱空量,提出基于唧泥高度的路面板底脱空程度判定标准;并引入自膨胀补偿收缩理论,改良有机类和水泥类压浆材料,推荐分别适用于处治路面板底轻度、中度和重度脱空的自补偿式压浆材料。试验段钻孔复核与弯沉检测结果表明:基于唧泥高度的路面板底脱空判定标准准确度可达80%以上;板底脱空路面板经推荐的自补偿式压浆材料处治后弯沉小于0.2mm。
