目的:探讨蛇葡萄有效成分双氢杨梅素对中枢神经系统的影响。方法:采用戊巴比妥钠建立小白鼠催眠状态模型,观察双氢杨梅素对戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的影响,并用乙醇灌胃观察双氢杨梅素的解酒作用。结果:双氢杨梅素可显著延长戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的潜伏期,缩短戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用时间,并能明显降低乙醇所致酒醉反应。结论:双氢杨梅素可减弱戊巴比妥钠或乙醇的作用,作用机理可能与诱导肝药酶,促进戊巴比妥钠或乙醇的代谢有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dihydromyricetin, an effective component of snake grape, on the central nervous system. METHODS: The hypnotic model of mice was established with sodium pentobarbital. The effect of dihydromyricetin on the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium was observed. The antidrinking effect of dihydromyricetin was observed with ethanol. Results: Dihydromyricetin can significantly prolong the latency of the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium, shorten the hypnotic action time of pentobarbital sodium, and significantly reduce alcohol-induced drunkenness. CONCLUSION: Dihydromyricetin can attenuate the effects of pentobarbital sodium or ethanol. The mechanism of action may be related to the induction of hepatic drug enzymes and the promotion of the metabolism of pentobarbital sodium or ethanol.
