为了解上海市工人热线电话的需求量。以问卷方式，对上海市３０７２名工人进行了有关热线电话需求问题调查，调查结果表明，工人要求打热线电话的人占３０．２％；需要解决的问题以恋爱问题、情绪障碍最多；打热线电话的人主要集中在２１～３０岁，具有中学文化程度的未婚青年。
To understand the needs of Shanghai workers hotline. A questionnaire survey on 3,072 workers in Shanghai conducted a survey on the demand for hotline.
