建立了辛硫磷和甲氰菊酯混剂在白菜及土壤中残留分析方法,研究了20%辛·氰乳油在白菜和土壤中的最终残留和消解动态。应用20%辛·氰乳油以施药剂量0.150g/m2进行消解动态实验,实验结果表明,辛硫磷在白菜和土壤中的半衰期分别为2.7d和3.4d,甲氰菊酯在白菜和土壤中的半衰期分别为9.4d和9.5d。同时,辛·氰乳油在土壤和白菜样品中的最终残留量均小于其MRL(最高残留限量)0.05mg/kg,残留数据显示按推荐施药剂量0.050—0.075g/m~2在白菜上使用是安全的。
