目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中铅含量不确定度的评定方法,为提高检测质量提供依据。方法建立数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行分析,找出影响不确定度的因素并对各不确定度分量进行评估。结果按GB5009.12-2010《食品中铅的测定》测定茶叶中铅含量,当结果为0.27 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.025 mg/kg。结论影响石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中铅含量结果不确定度的主要因素是样品制备、标准曲线的拟合和重复性实验。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the uncertainty of lead in tea by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, and provide the basis for improving the quality of detection. Methods A mathematical model was established to analyze the components of uncertainty, identify the factors that affect the uncertainty, and evaluate the components of uncertainty. Results According to GB5009.12-2010 Determination of Lead in Food, the lead content in tea was determined. When the result was 0.27 mg / kg, the extended uncertainty was 0.025 mg / kg. Conclusion The main factors affecting the uncertainty of the determination of lead in tea by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry are sample preparation, fitting of standard curve and repeatability experiment.
