目的为了加强对对传染病医院再生医疗器械的管理,降低院内感染,改进传统的洗涤方法,使各种非无菌医疗用品更加清洁,预防交叉感染的发生。方法对患者用后的非无菌医疗器物采取由原来科室自行清洁、包装的分散式处理改为由消毒供应中心集中式回收并处理。两种方法对比,集中回收处理明显优于科室自行清洗、包装的分散式处理。结果采样湿化瓶、吸引瓶等玻璃器具60份集中式处理菌落数>200 cfu/cm2为0,分散式处理>200 cfu/cm2为1~8;采样止血钳30把集中式处理均无菌落,止血钳30把分散式处理全部有菌落。结论集中式清洁处理非无菌医疗器物具有保证物品的高清洁度,减少交叉感染的发生,节约处理成本,减轻临床科室的负担,便于统一调配。

Conclusion Centralized cleaning treatment of non-sterile medical utensils can ensure the high cleanliness of articles, reduce the incidence of cross-infection, save the treatment cost, and relieve the burden of clinical departments and facilitate the uniform deployment.
