在介绍超高层钢结构建筑施工模拟分析的理论的基础上,阐述了对钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构的结构体系的施工模拟分析的方法。运用ETABS9.2版本软件的运行施工顺序加载分析模块对大连裕景ST1塔楼进行了第一段(B-4~S14层)的施工模拟分析。通过施工模拟分析的结果,能够找出核心筒和外框柱的变形差异,为工程钢结构构件的加工和安装提供指导。
On the basis of introducing the theory of the simulation analysis of the building construction of super high-rise steel structure, the method of construction simulation analysis of the structural system of the steel frame-concrete core tube structure is expounded. The ETABS9.2 software was used to run the construction sequence loading analysis module to simulate the construction of the first section (B-4 ~ S14) of the Yutu ST1 tower in Dalian. Through the result of construction simulation analysis, the deformation difference between the core tube and the outer frame column can be found out, providing guidance for the processing and installation of the structural steel structural members.
