超细粉末的产生是由于现代科学技术的发展而产生的。八十年代,国外对超细粉末的生产已达到高水平。国内对超细粉末的生产,尤其是对超细粉碎技术的提倡虽有推进,但与世界发展相比,要落后15—20年。 IMB公司首席科学家J.Armstrong曾指出,“正像70年代微电子技术产生了信息革命一样,超细粉末科学技术将成为下一个信息时代的核心……”。 国外对超细粉末的认识已很充分,例如美国FJND/SVP研究机构指出:“任何一个经营基础材料的美国企业,如果现在还不采取积极措施进入超细粉末材料研究,则在今后五年内势必处于竞争劣势地位”。
The generation of ultra-fine powder is due to the development of modern science and technology. In the 1980s, foreign production of ultrafine powders has reached a high level. Domestic production of ultra-fine powder, especially for the promotion of ultra-fine grinding technology, is advancing, but it is 15 to 20 years behind the development of the world. IMB chief scientist J. Armstrong once pointed out that “just as the information revolution of the microelectronics technology of the 1970s, ultra-fine powder science and technology will become the core of the next information age...”. The understanding of ultrafine powders abroad is already very good. For example, the US FJND/SVP research institute pointed out: “Any U.S. company that operates basic materials, if it does not take active measures to enter the research of ultrafine powder materials, is bound to be in the next five years. In a competitive disadvantage."
