以玉米自交系四287与四144为亲本的188个F2∶3家系为材料,考察玉米花期相关性状,并利用该群体的分子遗传连锁图谱进行QTL分析。结果表明,共检测到11个与玉米花期相关的QTL,包括与抽雄期相关的2个QTL,位于第3和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为21.9%和13.6%;与散粉期相关的3个QTL,位于第1、3和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为14.8%、21.0%和18.5%;与吐丝期相关的2个QTL,位于第3和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为16.5%和20.1%;与散粉-吐丝间隔期相关的4个QTL,位于第1、6、7和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为23.5%、25.3%、28.9%和20.9%。这些QTL的基因效应以部分显性和显性为主。
188 F2: 3 pedigrees with maize inbred lines IV 287 and IV 144 were used as materials to investigate the related traits of popcorn during the flowering stage and the QTLs were analyzed using the molecular genetic linkage map of this population. The results showed that 11 QTLs related to popcorn were detected, including 2 QTLs related to tasseling stage, located on chromosomes 3 and 8, with the contribution rates of 21.9% and 13.6%, respectively; QTLs located on chromosomes 1, 3 and 8 contributed 14.8%, 21.0% and 18.5% of the total QTLs, respectively. Two QTLs related to silking stage were located on chromosomes 3 and 8, and their contribution rates were 16.5% and 20.1% respectively. Four QTLs associated with loose-silking intervals were located on chromosomes 1, 6, 7 and 8 with contribution rates of 23.5%, 25.3%, 28.9% and 20.9%, respectively. The gene effects of these QTLs are dominated by partial dominant and dominant.
