在介绍超磁致伸缩材料特性的基础上 ,分析了超磁致伸缩薄膜转换器的结构原理和性能特点 ,着重阐述了超磁致伸缩薄膜转换器在微流体元件 (如微流体泵和阀等 )中的应用并总结了超磁致伸缩薄膜微转换器的最新研究成果及应用研究现状。分析结果表明 :该类材料具有磁致伸缩应变大 ,非接触驱动 ,结构简单 ,响应快和精度高等优点 ,它的出现为微流体元件的驱动提供了一个更新更有效的方法 ,具有良好的应用前景。
