通过显微组织观察和力学性能测试等方法研究了固溶处理对7A09铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在723~783 K范围内,随固溶温度升高和固溶时间延长,合金中可溶析出相粒子逐渐溶解,合金强度逐渐升高;进一步提高固溶温度和延长固溶时间,合金内部晶粒开始粗化,合金强度下降。7A09铝合金的最佳固溶处理工艺为743 K×55 min。
The effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A09 aluminum alloy was studied by means of microstructure observation and mechanical property test. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature and solution treatment time, the precipitated phase particles gradually dissolve in the alloy and the strength of the alloy gradually increases in the temperature range of 723-783 K. The solution temperature and the solution time are further increased, Alloy grain begin to coarsen, the alloy strength decreased. 7A09 aluminum alloy solution treatment process for the best 743 K × 55 min.
