选取同时运行220~330 MW和1000 MW两类机组的3家燃煤发电企业进行现场调查。结果显示,两类机组生产工艺基本类似,职业病危害因素种类高度重合,职业病危害程度部分危害因素持平且存在一定的差异性。大功率燃煤机组危害程度较高的职业病因素为噪声、工频电场,小功率燃煤机组为煤尘。发电企业职业卫生管理人员应采取差异化的管控措施。
Three coal-fired power generation enterprises that operate two types of units of 220-330 MW and 1000 MW at the same time were selected for on-site investigation. The results show that the production processes of two types of units are basically similar, the types of occupational hazards are highly coincident, and some of the hazards of occupational hazards are flat and there are some differences. High-power coal-fired units higher risk of occupational disease factors are noise, power frequency electric field, low-power coal-fired units as coal dust. Occupational health management personnel in power generation enterprises should adopt differentiated control measures.
