职业性噪声耳聋诊断尚无国家级诊断标准,目前国内采用电测听测试参数作为主要诊断依据之一。使用电测听测得参数有其一定主观因素,且重复测定结果常有改变。脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)国外自70年代用于临床,并证明它能早期和客观地反映出病变,且有定位性,结果可靠稳定。迄今为止,国内外职业性噪声耳聋使用BAEP检测诊断的有关报道罕见。为了探索BAEP对职业性噪声聋诊断价值,以及噪声聋听觉路经病变部位,我们选择经临床检查和电测听检测诊断为职业性噪声聋37例进行了BAEP检测,报道如下。
There is no national diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of occupational noise and deafness. At present, the test parameters of electrical test are used as one of the main diagnostic criteria.
