Objective To explore the predictive value and predictive value of peak systolic velocity (PSV) on arterial ED in the condition of penile weakness. Methods A total of 337 male ED patients were enrolled in this study. PSV was compared between the two groups in terms of weakness and erection. Results Of the patients enrolled, 68 patients were diagnosed with arterial ED. PSV was significantly correlated with PSV in erectile condition (P <0.01). Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) analysis showed that when PSV was less than 15 cm / s , The predicted accuracy of PSV less than 30 cm / s at erection was 82%. An evaluation of the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) also showed that anxiety had an impact on the detection of PSV in erectile state (P <0.05), but not in PSV Test results have an impact. Conclusions Preliminary findings show that PSV in cavernous arteries with weakness of the penis has some predictive value for PSV in erectile state with an accuracy of 82%.
