低位提升是指上提升平台设计高度低,结构安装高度高于上提升平台,在提升过程中需穿出上提升平台。低位提升的显著特点是提升平台的位置要比结构安装到位的位置低;第一次提升时,桁架结构只安装完成了中弦以上部分,结构刚度未达到设计要求;为此,须在桁架区域内临时增加两处提升吊点,以保证桁架结构在整体提升过程中的稳定。待桁架下弦安装完成后,需拆除桁架区域内两处临时吊点,并将该处的提升设备置换至第二次提升的其他吊点;同时桁架区域内的下吊点都将由原来的中弦置换至下弦,吊点的置换成为第二次提升的重点。结合提升实际情况,利用MIDAS软件进行了两次提升的数字化模似分析,得到了提升全过程中结构的偏移值,并通过施工预调整网架起供值,成功实现了网架低位两次提升。
