目的 研究传统中药浙江七叶树AesculuschinensisBungevar.chekiangensis (HuetFang)Fang种子中的皂苷类成分。方法 采用大孔树脂柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离和纯化 ,根据化合物的谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果 从浙江七叶树种子的 70 %乙醇提取物中分得 6个化合物 ,分别鉴定为七叶树皂苷 (escins)IVc、IVd、Ia、Ib和异七叶树皂苷 (isoescins)Ia、Ib。结论 这 6个化合物均为首次从浙江七叶树种子中分得
Objective To study the saponins in the seeds of the traditional Chinese medicine Aesculuschinensis Bungevar.chekiangensis (HuetFang) Fang. Methods Separation and purification were carried out by macroporous resin column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified based on the spectral data of the compounds. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extracts of A. chinensis seeds and identified as escins IVc, IVd, Ia, Ib and isoescins Ia, Ib. Conclusion These six compounds were all isolated from the seeds of Zhejiang buckeye for the first time
