本文讨论了叉指式双色散声表面(SAW)脉冲压缩延迟线主要性能——压缩脉冲主副瓣比的提高;就中心频率60兆赫,色散时延6微秒器件进行了分析和性能予计,用互补法综合选择了压缩器件的加权方案,完成了器件设计。通过严格工艺控制,研制成功离性能 SAW 脉压线,其主副瓣比可达40dB。
In this paper, we discuss the main performance of the pulse compression delay line of the interdigital two-tone scattered surface (SAW) pulse-the improvement of the main and auxiliary lobe ratio of the compression pulse. The analysis and performance of the device with the 60 MHz central frequency and the dispersion delay of 6 microseconds , Using the complementary method to select a compression device compression scheme, completed the device design. Through strict process control, developed from the performance of SAW pulse pressure line, the main side flap ratio up to 40dB.
