目的研究海洋真菌来源化合物brevianamide A的化学结构及其生物活性。方法利用现代波谱解析方法和X-ray单晶技术,对brevianamide A的化学结构进行研究;利用抗菌、卤虫致死和抗病毒活性模型对其生物活性进行评价。结果首次对brevianamide A单晶数据进行报道,并首次对其核磁数据进行了详细归属;卤虫致死活性表明,brevianamide A具有微弱的卤虫致死活性。结论 Brevianamide A的单晶数据、核磁归属数据以及活性数据对今后系统研究brevianamide A类化合物具有参考价值。
Aim To study the chemical structure and biological activity of brevianamide A, a marine fungal origin compound. Methods The chemical structure of brevianamide A was studied by using modern spectral analysis method and X-ray single crystal technique. The biological activity of brevianamide A was evaluated by antibacterial, aphrodisiac and antiviral activity models. The results of the first brevianamide A single crystal data were reported for the first time and its NMR data are attributed to the first; lethal activity of Artemia shows that brevianamide A has a weak lethal activity of Artemia. Conclusion The single crystal data, NMR data and activity data of Brevianamide A are valuable for the future systematic study of brevianamide A compounds.
