近年来有实验证明肥胖可以增加甲状腺癌的发病风险。一些脂肪因子可能是肥胖与甲状腺癌关系的介导者。瘦素、脂联素都是脂肪因子,在维持能量、葡萄糖及脂质代谢、免疫应答等方面发挥重要作用。在甲状腺癌中,瘦素、脂联素及其受体的作用尚不明确,可能有促进肿瘤增殖、增生和增强侵袭力的作用。本文就国内外对瘦素、脂联素及其受体在甲状腺癌中的研究做一综述。
In recent years, experiments have shown that obesity can increase the risk of thyroid cancer. Some adipokines may be mediators of the relationship between obesity and thyroid cancer. Leptin and adiponectin are all fat factors and play an important role in maintaining energy, glucose and lipid metabolism, and immune response. In thyroid cancer, the effects of leptin, adiponectin, and its receptors are not yet clear, and may have the effect of promoting tumor proliferation, proliferation, and enhancing invasiveness. This article reviews the research of leptin, adiponectin and its receptors in thyroid cancer at home and abroad.
