纺制了聚乙交酯(PGA)纤维,并对其进行了不同温度和时间的热处理。对处理后PGA纤维的结构进行了测试,并将其放置于恒温箱的磷酸盐缓冲液中进行两周降解处理,研究了不同热处理工艺下PGA纤维的结构及降解性能。试验结果表明:随着热处理温度的提高,PGA纤维材料的晶区取向度变化不大,结晶度逐渐增大,晶粒尺寸也相应发生变化;在试验条件下,经过恒温缓冲液两周时间的降解处理,纤维的强度保持率随热处理温度提高呈现先增大后降低的趋势,纤维的强度保持率在110℃出现最大值;同时,在热处理温度110℃时,随着热处理时间的延长,PGA纤维的强度保持率增加。
Polyglycolide (PGA) fibers were spun and heat treated at different temperatures and times. The structure of the treated PGA fiber was tested and placed in a thermostat for two weeks in the phosphate buffer solution to study the structure and degradation properties of PGA fiber under different heat treatment process. The experimental results showed that with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the degree of orientation of PGA fiber did not change much, the degree of crystallinity gradually increased and the grain size changed accordingly.
