H_2不锈铸钢比通常大量采用的18—8型不锈钢,具有更高的耐蚀性能和良好的综合机械性能,但是该钢种为复相组织,热加工性能很差。为了移植为锻钢,必须提高其热加工性能,并合理拟订热加王工艺。本文除了对 HF_2不锈钢的成份,生产试制和使用性能做了一般性的介绍之外,着重针对热加工问题进行了研究。采用可锻性试验方法和晶粒长大、过热、过烧试验,做为评定该钢种热加工性能的手段。并通过 HF_2不锈钢在高温时组织状态的变化,对试验结果加以综合分析,推荐了 HF_2不锈钢热加工时的热力规范。同时指出,在化肥工业中,采用 HF_2不锈钢代替18—8型不锈钢制造离心机筛网,可提高使用寿命10—20倍。
H 2 stainless steel cast steel than the commonly used 18-8 stainless steel, with higher corrosion resistance and good overall mechanical properties, but the steel is complex phase, poor thermal processing performance. In order to transplant forged steel, it is necessary to improve its hot workability, and reasonable development of hot plus king craft. In addition to the general introduction of HF_2 stainless steel components, production trial and use performance, this paper focuses on thermal processing issues. Malleable test methods and grain growth, overheating, over-burning test, as a means of assessing the hot workability of the steel. Through the analysis of the change of the microstructure of HF_2 stainless steel at high temperature, the test results are comprehensively analyzed, and the thermal regulation of HF_2 stainless steel during hot working is recommended. Also pointed out that in the fertilizer industry, the use of HF_2 stainless steel instead of 18-8 stainless steel centrifuge screen can increase the life of 10-20 times.
