目的:对临床神经外科患者关于抗菌药物的应用情况进行调查分析。方法:回顾性分析我院于2012年4月~2014年12月收治的300例神经外科患者的临床资料,统计分析其抗菌药物的应用情况。结果:300例患者中有250例患者应用了抗菌药物,应用率为83.33%,且应用了7类17种抗菌药物,并以第3代头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类与氯霉素类为主要的抗菌药物;同时,250例患者平均总住院费用为6300元,而抗菌药物平均总费用为500元,占了平均总药费的17.86%;92%的患者为单一用药,且92%的患者用药是为了术后干预的预防与治疗,术前给药仅占8%。结论:对于临床神经外科患者,需合理控制其抗菌药物的应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of anti-bacterial drugs in clinical neurosurgical patients. Methods: The clinical data of 300 neurosurgery patients admitted from April 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The application of antibacterials was statistically analyzed. Results: Of the 300 patients, 250 patients applied antimicrobial agents with a rate of 83.33% and seven classes of 17 antibacterials were used. The third generation cephalosporins, quinolones and chloramphenicol classes were the major Of the total antibacterial drugs; meanwhile, the average total hospitalization cost of 250 patients was 6,300 yuan, while the average total cost of antimicrobial drugs was 500 yuan, accounting for 17.86% of the average total drug cost; 92% of patients were single-drug and 92% of patients Medication for the prevention and treatment of postoperative intervention, preoperative administration accounted for only 8%. Conclusion: For clinical neurosurgical patients, the application of antibacterials should be rationally controlled.
