“亲不亲,故乡人”.作为社会职业之一的军事职业,其成员绝大多数远离家乡,远离亲人,每当在遥远的异乡,偶遇昔日故知,听到那熟悉的乡音,亲切之感油然而生.老乡,这种非正式群体,作为一种社会事实,它不但反映了军人的个性心理特征,更重要的是,这种群体又带有一定的社会性,对军队中的各类组织过程,有一种不可低估的影响.那么,这种社会现象产生的原因及其特征是什么呢?它对军队组织带来哪些正负面效应?我们应当如何正确地认识它、引导它,进而利用它更好地增强部队的凝聚力,提高战斗力?本文试从社会心理学的视角,结合我国军事职业的实际,就此作一些粗浅的探讨.
