以东北粳稻谷为研究对象,探讨了筛孔大小和碾磨时间对稻谷出米率大小的影响,为统一稻谷出米率的检验方法、适应稻谷收购市场快速检测的要求提供实验数据。结果表明:当试样质量、碾米等级和碾米时间一定时,选择准2.0 mm的圆孔筛所得到的出米率要明显高于准2.5 mm的圆孔筛,且一般情况下高2~5个百分点。同时考虑到选择的圆孔筛会导致筛理终点难以判断,容易引起粗大误差,建议在检验稻谷出米率时筛孔选择准2.0 mm。
Taking the northeast japonica rice as the research object, the effects of sieve size and milling time on the rate of rice yield were discussed. The experimental data were provided to verify the method of testing the rice yield and to meet the requirement of rapid testing in the rice market. The results show that when the sample quality, milling grade and milling time are certain, the rate of rice output selected by the quasi-2.0mm round hole sieve is obviously higher than that of the quasi 2.5mm round hole sieve, and the average height is 2 ~ 5 percentage points. Taking into account the selection of the round hole sieve will lead to difficult to determine the end of the sieve, easy to cause gross error, it is recommended to check the rate of rice in the sieve when the hole selection criteria 2.0 mm.
