本文就在体育课程改革过程中,出现的运动量与运动负荷的相关问题进行了阐述。就体育课的评价误区、体育课与运动负荷的关系及如何根据不同课的类型和教学内容科学合理地安排运动负荷,从这三个方面详尽地阐释了运动量与运动负荷,从而较好地完成教学任务,深化体育课程改革。
This article elaborates the related problems of the amount of exercise and the load of exercise in the process of PE curriculum reform. On the misunderstanding of physical education curriculum, the relationship between physical education and exercise load and how to arrange the exercise load scientifically and reasonably according to the type and teaching content of different courses, we elaborately explained the exercise load and exercise load from these three aspects so as to finish well Teaching tasks, deepening the reform of physical education curriculum.
