一方面购买行为存在风险,另一方面由于低工资国家使得竞争更为激烈,在此背景下,企业的投资决策必须在新的生产系统的计划阶段就已得到充分保障。这些生产部门与销售同步的先期计划保证了尽可能迅速地适应市场的多变性。因而,特别在后续几代产品话中,资本密集型生产设备的再利用性同样受到重视,这在时间上保持了投资的灵活性。本文借助一个小型仪器装配的案例,介绍了与销售同步的有预见性的生产系统规划的思想方法。
On the one hand, there is a risk of buying behavior. On the other hand, because low-wage countries make the competition more fierce, in this context, the company’s investment decisions must be fully guaranteed at the planning stage of the new production system. The prior planning of these production departments in sync with sales ensures that the variability of the market can be adjusted as quickly as possible. Therefore, especially in the subsequent generations of product words, the reuse of capital-intensive production equipment is also valued, which in the time to maintain the flexibility of investment. This article uses a small instrument assembly case to introduce a predictive approach to production system planning that is synchronized with sales.
