本文介绍一种在穿孔板表面再覆盖一层薄膜的吸声结构,着重对这种加膜穿孔板的声学性能作严格的理论分析.从基本的声学理论出发,导出了反映加膜穿孔板声传递特性的普遍关系式,获得了加膜穿孔板声阻抗率的计算公式.文中讨论了声阻率随频率,空气层厚度以及薄膜面密度等重要参量变化的规律.理论计算结果与实验数据良好相符.所得结论为这种新型吸声结构的优化设计提供了严格的理论基础.
In this paper, a kind of sound absorption structure covered with a thin film on the surface of a perforated plate is introduced, and a rigorous theoretical analysis is made on the acoustical performance of the perforated perforated plate. Based on the basic theory of acoustics, a universal relation reflecting the sound transmission characteristics of perforated perforated membrane was deduced, and the formula of acoustical impedance of perforated perforated membrane was obtained. In this paper, the law of the change of the acoustic resistivity with the frequency, the thickness of the air layer and the areal density of the film is discussed. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The conclusions obtained provide a rigorous theoretical basis for the optimization design of this new sound absorption structure.
