探讨不同生长年限滇重楼干物质积累量及其主要活性成分在根茎、茎、叶中的积累规律。用高效液相色谱法分别测定根茎、茎和叶中主要活性成分的含量,采用直接称重法测定不同生长年限滇重楼地上和地下部分的干物质积累量,并分析其在不同部位的积累规律。结果显示,根茎、茎、叶中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ及总皂苷含量具有极显著差异(P<0.01),且不同部位所含化学成分差异较大,滇重楼地上和地下部分干物质积累量逐年增加。
The accumulation of dry matter and the accumulation of its main active components in rhizomes, stems and leaves of Lilianus relict at different growth stages were investigated. The contents of main active components in rhizomes, stems and leaves were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the dry matter accumulation in aboveground and underground parts of Dianzhong Lou in different growing periods was measured by direct weighing method. law. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and total saponins in rhizomes, stems and leaves (P <0.01), and the contents of chemical constituents in different parts were quite different.
