目的:综合评价青藏高原龙胆科植物花中6种微量元素。方法:采用因子分析方法对青藏高原龙胆科植物花中的微量元素含量数据进行分析,找出了龙胆科植物花中Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn 6种微量元素之间的关系,运用化学计量学方法,结合MATLAB2010软件,对青藏高原龙胆科植物花中微量元素和中药功效进行研究。结果:第1公共因子F1在指标Cu、Fe、Mn上有较大的载荷,第2公共因子F2在指标Ca、Mg上有较大的载荷,第3公共因子F3在指标Zn上有较大的载荷。青藏高原龙胆科植物花中6种微量元素含量高低顺序为:麻花秦艽花>云雾龙胆花>线性龙胆花>蓝玉簪龙胆花>黄管秦艽花>管花秦艽花。结论:研究为大规模合理开发青藏高原龙胆科植物花资源,以及为青藏高原龙胆科植物花的药物功效学和微量元素的研究提供科学的依据和理论基础。
Objective: To comprehensively evaluate six trace elements in the flower of Gentianaceae in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Methods: The content of trace elements in flower of Gentianaceae in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was analyzed by factor analysis method. The contents of Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in flower of Gentianaceae were identified Relationship, the use of chemometrics methods, combined with MATLAB2010 software, gentian plants in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau flower trace elements and traditional Chinese medicine efficacy studies. Results: The first common factor F1 had a greater load on the indexes Cu, Fe and Mn, the second common factor F2 had a greater load on the indicators Ca and Mg, and the third common factor F3 had a larger load on the indicator Zn The load. The sequence of the contents of 6 trace elements in the flower of Gentianaceae in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was as follows: Gentiana straminea> Gentian> Gentian> Gentianaceae Gentianaceae> Gentianaceae> Gentiana straminea. CONCLUSION: The study provides a scientific basis and theoretical basis for the large-scale and rational development of gentian flower resources in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as well as for the study of pharmacodynamics and trace elements in flower of Gentianaceae in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
