通常来说,写字楼市场比较偏理性。无论是开发商的项目运作还是客户的选址决策,无一不透露出“理性之光”。正因为如此,能打动业内外人士的写字楼项目,除了品质过硬以外,还需要一些“特色”来滋润一下。对写字楼而言,其特色主要体现在两个方面:办公理念和办公体验。而这两者又总是相辅相成的,“特色办公理念”才会带给我们不一样的办公体验。回首2007年的写字楼市场,值得庆幸的是,确实有很多特色理念的项目值得盘点。
